She was responsible for organising and carrying out stakeholders meetings in tackling HIV and AIDS issues such as pediatric treatment, organising guest lectures within the same context such as harm reduction, organising quarterly network meetings with various stakeholders and responsible for the centre’s newsletter publication.
Dr Anne was also involved in the implementation of Harm Reduction Information System (HRIS) for Malaysia to monitor and provide accurate data and statistics for providers of Needle and Syringe Exchange Program (NSEP) and Methadone Maintenance Therapy (MMT) for Ministry of Health. This would in turn, enhance and strengthen delivery services to the targeted population (People Who Use Drugs and their partners) and preventive programmes towards the rest of the affected and impacted population.
She was also involved in the Child Injury Prevention Management Programme, including Injury Prevention Management Database and research. She led the team to train and provide technical support to each of the implementing pilot sites in Malaysia.
