In March 2021, HWSKLS is now a partner to KLMUC, a progressive and innovative higher learning institution with two outstanding faculties and one centre offering 16 programmes. Establishes in 2006, KLMUC currently offers Foundation, Diploma, Degree and Master programmes that inculcate ‘Real World Practice’ as a pathway to professional success.
KLMUC collaborates with HWSKLS by providing a unique opportunity to women who are keen to enhance their entrepreneurship learning based on successful entrepreneurial role modelling to promote sustainable development and improve intellectual, occupational, financial, and social wellbeing.
Practical Health Psychology Blog, is a blog about cutting edge Health Psychology and how to apply it in practice. We aim to translate rigorous and peer-reviewed research to simple and straightforward blog posts. These posts can be easily translated into practice. We are associated with the European Health Psychology Society and our National Editors are recruited through the Society. They provide their expertise to explain findings from health psychology research to the practitioners across 28 languages. An output of this collaborations is also available in the first E book publication by the society.
MHAS aims to promote the integrative approach towards the ageing process and to foster and co-ordinate education, study and research in ageing in Malaysia. HWSKLS actively collaborated with MHAS as volunteers and assisted with the 10th Conference held on 15th to 17th March 2022 in Penang, Malaysia.
3rd ASEAN Conference on healthy ageing 2024
HWSKLS is actively collaborating with the Malaysian Healthy Ageing Society as volunteers to assist in the upcoming 3rd ASEAN conference. The theme of this conference is: “Ageing Successfully, Equitably, Actively & Naturally”. It will be held from 30th July to 1st August 2024 at the Wembley A St Giles Hotel, Penang.
